Peace Rally by the Catholic Associations at Council Hall saw people from
many other minority communities including Muslims and Sikhs as well.
The rally was to protest the rape of a nun in Kolkatta and the growing
violence against Christians in the country. The participants protested
against the Modi government and the loss of secularism in the country
with things like 'ghar vapsi'.
